Foliage: Glossy green, lance-shaped leaves forming a dense, rounded canopy. The bark is smooth and mottled, shedding in ribbons to reveal grey, brown, and cream tones.
Flowers: Large, bright yellow flowers in clusters during summer and early autumn. Profuse and highly attractive to birds, bees, and other pollinators.
Fruit: Woody, barrel-shaped seed capsules typical of Eucalyptus species, forming after flowering.

Habitat & Distribution: Endemic to Western Australia, naturally occurring in the Goldfields region. Known for its excellent drought tolerance and adaptability to a range of soils, including poorer sandy or gravelly types.
Growth Habits & Uses: Compact, ornamental tree with vibrant flowers and attractive bark. Excellent for streetscapes, parks, and habitat restoration. Performs well in hot, dry climates, making it ideal for climate-resilient plantings.
Cultivation Notes: Prefers full sun and well-drained soil. Once established, it is drought-hardy and low-maintenance. Water regularly until established, mulch to retain moisture, and prune lightly to shape if required.
