Internal Use: Dispatch & Spotlight Form - Staff

This form does more than track trees leaving the nursery, it helps us tell our story.
Please fill this out whenever a delivery goes out to a council or client. The details you provide will feed into our marketing content, across our website, newsletters, LinkedIn, blogs and socials, so we can share the work you're doing.
What to do:
Pop in the client/company.
List and name the tree species.
Add the project location, please use the full address so the map pins correctly.
Drop any extra notes in further comments (Whether it was overcoming challenges, receiving valuable feedback, or highlighting unique quirks, each aspect played a significant role.).
Name + company: So we can properly acknowledge who was involved
Species + location: This gives context for case studies, blog posts and site galleries
General comments: Great spot to share anything that made the delivery unique (think: rain delays, big installs, interesting design briefs, client feedback, even what the landscape looked like after planting)
Think of this as a mini story collection tool. The more detail, the better, we’ll turn your insights into content that celebrates what we’re growing and where we’re going.
